Hi Pod :o

Hi gilly! I'm very well, thanks. Good luck for this month :)

You do realise that this board isn't for saying hi to other people, though, don't you? Hmm

RJM17 · 09/06/2013 12:29

Haha I will let u use my thread to say hi as much as u want lol x

Hahaha oops never mind Grin

Awww good to see you here!

I'm only half way through my 2ww but my cycles are finally getting back to normal after a few very dodgy long ones so even if I don't get my BFP this month I'm hopeful it will be soon Smile

Anyway I've said too much .. This thread is not for chit chat!

Congrats again OP and Toby I hope you're doing well!!!!! SmileThanks X

I also love this thred, it's happy to read and also informative as to at what week your baby has started kicking, I'm nearly 16 weeks myself and cannot wait for this magical moment to happen!! Hopefully it's not too far off :) x

IJustWoreMyTrenchcoat · 09/06/2013 12:55

Congrats RJM17 it is such an amazing feeling, and still makes me stop in my tracks sometimes.

I can't see anything that says the pregnancy board is only for advice on serious concerns. It's for anything pregnancy-related, good or bad, serious or lighthearted surely!

valiumredhead · 09/06/2013 16:12

Dear God, some people are so utterly joylessHmm

RainbowConnections · 09/06/2013 16:44

Hi RM17 you've just given me a really timely reminder of how beautiful it is when you first feel your baby kick.
Thanks for sharing. X

charlottesweb87 · 09/06/2013 20:40

I also have really enjoyed reading this thread! Smile I am only 8 weeks and 4 days but it makes me so excited for what is to come and it's lovely to hear positive stuff on here. I wish there was more people who would share these kind of moments with us all! Grin

charlottesweb87 · 09/06/2013 20:42

Also, I find positive threads can be just as informative! Smile

Alexandra6 · 09/06/2013 20:57

Another one just popping in happily to chat about this topic! Wink It's actually really nice to see a positive thread as I've been massively a little bit anxious so far in my first pregnancy! I'm 15 weeks and thought I felt the baby kick a couple of times on Friday and yesterday but am not totally sure if it was that or indigestion/wind! Blush I can't wait to feel kicks properly soon! My bump is really growing, love it Smile

valiumredhead · 09/06/2013 21:01

It always felt like wind to me tbhGrin

RJM17 · 09/06/2013 21:04

I felt lots of little movements from around 14 weeks but this was the first time I could feel a proper kick and share it with my DH which I just found amazing and after having my hand held through some difficult times in this pregnancy I wanted to share with u all the good times so I'm not just always sharing bad news and worries! Plus I love reading people's good news as it gives me hope and reassurance when I'm going through bad times xxx

MildredH · 10/06/2013 07:04

Alexandra6- I'm 15 wks too.. So glad you say you have a bump too. I was a bit worried mine was all podge and constipation!

Are you on the antenatal thread for Dec too?

PistachioTruffle · 10/06/2013 08:56

How exciting, congratulations op! I'm 13+5 so the thought of potentially feeling movement in just a couple of weeks is very exciting! I can't wait Grin

(Pssssst, hiya Gilly! Wink)

RJM17 · 10/06/2013 10:13

Congrats RJM. It's the best feeling in the whole wide world. And it gets better and better as those little kicks get stronger and stronger. I'm 36+3 and my LO loves a good old wriggle. It's just magic. Enjoy enjoy enjoy Grin

TinkyPeet · 10/06/2013 14:11

How lovely RJM, you'll soon be breathlessly trying to dig little feet out of your ribcage, now THAT is a wierd feeling!

And auntiestella the board is not labelled 'problems in pregnancy' or 'pregnancy worries'....it's labelled 'pregnancy' .....you might be more comfortable whinging at someone else, perhaps the AIBU boards where snotty opinions are expected?

MildredH · 10/06/2013 22:25

Spent the last two hours watching towie with two hands on my tummy trying to persuade baby H to move so I can feel.. A little optimistic at 15+2.. Lol
