Hi I am nearly 28 weeks and doing a lot of exercise. I am teaching and then swimming at least 3 times per week. Now I am not exerting myself physically. However, I am finding it difficult to move the bump around Hmm IYKWIM and a bit sore in the pelvic bone area in the late afternoon/evening.

I still have a good while to go.. is this normal? Is there anything I can do to help myself.

Also (sorry TMI) I have a bit of an upset tummy at times. Don't know if this is related. Any advice appreciated.

yes, normal. Your body is doing an amazingly heavy job. My first pregnancy I was determined to prove that it was just a slight inconvenience, my second I went with the flow and listened to what my body was telling me

Thank you.. I know.. we will not win any prizes for putting ourselves through more than what we need to. It is probably a shock to the system to actually have to slow down as I felt great until now.

I'm 28 weeks and find a 5 hour shift on my feet a real struggle now, especially in the heat, so you're not alone!
