Hi I am nearly 28 weeks and doing a lot of exercise. I am teaching and then swimming at least 3 times per week. Now I am not exerting myself physically. However, I am finding it difficult to move the bump around
IYKWIM and a bit sore in the pelvic bone area in the late afternoon/evening.
I still have a good while to go.. is this normal? Is there anything I can do to help myself.
Also (sorry TMI) I have a bit of an upset tummy at times. Don't know if this is related. Any advice appreciated.
