Pregnant and gallbladder stones remedies

When I was 19-20 weeks pregnant they want out that I have 3 small gallbladder stones. But because I'm pregnant they can't give or due anything until baby is born.

Up till now I watched what I was eating and made sure that I was never hungry, as soon as I noticed I'm hungry I crabbed a snack.

But yesterday it was my father-in-laws birthday and we had to drive half an hour to the restaurant where we met them plus waiting another half an hour until they finally arrived and then ordering and waiting another half an hour for food..
By that time I was starving.

This morning I woke up with a lot of pain in gallbladder side. It was not that the food was greasy, just the wait and eating to late..

Does anyone have any suggestions or remedies I could take to ease the pain.

I'm 27 weeks pregnant.

Thank you in advance

Hey,

I found out a few weeks before I fell pregant that I have gallstones too. I really notice pain when I've eaten cheese. I think it must be different for different people though, I generally try to avoid cheese during the evening.
