Bloat or bump?

How am i supposed to know when i have a bump or not? here's a picture i'm 12 weeks on saturday!

Haha! That looks exactly like mine and I was wondering the same thing! I'm a week behind you so am thinking it's bloating but it starts quite high up, under my bust, so a little part of me is hoping that it's a bump forming. This is the worst bit when you don't really feel pg isn't it.

i know it's the worst, cause i'm laying down it's gone down it's bigger and fuller when i stand up! i hate not knowing cause some people have said its a bump and then some have said it's just bloating :( xx

yea it's quite firm! i mean i have gained weight since becoming pregnant but i didn't think enough to make my belly like that! xx

I think that's a bump. You see how above the navel you're still flat, that's because your uterus is just below your belly button.

My husband said if your pregnant that is definitely a bump, if you are not it is definitely bloat lol

I'm having the same problem! I'm 13 weeks and I don't think I'm bloated but it doesn't look like a proper bump. But I've been bloated, it's not there all the time it goes up and down (unlike this which is permanent).

So I'm going with bump for both of us...

And I'm wearing a lot of large scarves and/or jackets so I don't just look fat to everyone else.
