Spots in pregnancy- when will they go?!

After having reasonably clear skin my whole life (never had spots on my back or chest before ever!) I'm finding it pretty difficult to get on board with how gross my skin is looking..I thought pregnant women were meant to glow? TOTAL LIES!
The skin on my face is okay, but I have erupted in sooooo many spots which cover my back and chest.
Has anyone else had this?
When will they get better?
Or am I now destined to horrible skin after pregnancy?
Only got 6 weeks to go, but I hate them so much :( any tips on how to get rid?

Yes! It's horrid and know how it feels. I developed a weird case of spots on my chest at the begining'ish of my second trimester and and they've now pretty much vanished - week 27. I still get the occasional odd one or two but nothing compared to how bad it was. I still don't have the confidence to wear low cut tops, but glad that the spots are getting better. Good luck with yours. I began washing my chest with clinique face soap and that seemed to work for me.

Sorry, but I've had a spotty chest/shoulders for my entire pregnancy (33 weeks now) and they're showing no signs of sodding off Hmm same goes for my ridiculously dry scalp.

I've found Clinique's anti-blemish spray works the best out of everything but it doesn't keep them all away.

Yep I'm the same but I didn't suffer at all before being pregnant!! Even as a teenager I never had spots.
But it's awful now and I hate it! X

I'm 28 weeks now and mine started gradually clearing up about a month or so ago. I've always had bad skin due to hormones though, along my jawline mainly. Now it is better than it has been in years! Good luck :)
