How many weeks am I?????

Finally built up the courage to ask this question. I just got a BFP yesterday following my first FET cycle, I had 2 blasties popped back in. Now technically they/it will only be 21 days fertilised tomorrow, so will I only be 3 weeks or will the usual 2 weeks be added on to date the pregnancy making me 5weeks??? I'm confused! Also another ?, I had a previous missed misc in 2011, my unit doesn't prescribe aspirin, I know I shouldn't really self medicate but have been 'unofficially advised' to take it, was wondering what experiences people have from different units?? Thanks to those who take the time to read this, sorry for the rambling!! :-/

As far as aspirin is concerned, after all you have been through, please call the clinic and ask their advice. I had a MMC and was never advised to ale aspirin. I went on to have placenta praevia (twice) and blood thinners could have changed my successful outcomes. Surely aspirin would only be appropriate depending on the reason for the MC?
