my belly is really hard already and im not sure if my belly is swollen or it might be twins? has anyone else had this??

I'm 10 weeks today, I am exactly the same. I have that 'feeling that its twins' and can't shake it off and counting down the days until we can find out! Have you had any other things that would make you think it's twins, because that's my only main doubt because I've not actually been sick just had a sick hungry feeling constantly!
