Has anybody else had a stressful time during pregnancy? Im having a nightmare with neighbours keeping me up all night partying untill 8am! Plus they are major cannabis smokers and the smellis getting into my flat. Ive contacted police and council an they said they said they gonna look into it. But i still have to live underneath them. Been and done a bit kf retail therapy an bought myself lots of candles and air freshners so flat isnt as smelly. But ive been goin.really dizzy today and near enough blacking out. If my OH wasnt with me in.tesco i would have hit the deck a few times!! Jus worried whether any of this could harm my baby an how others have dealt with stress and anger.. Im 14 weeks pregnant xx

14 weeks here too, also having blackouts.. don't have the bastard neighbors though thankfully!
Are you eating enough? The lack of sleep will only hurt you... Baby will be fine.

Is there any chance of staying somewhere else for a couple of nights, just so you can get some sleep?

To avoid blacking out, which is often related to stress and overheating in pregnancy, I would recommend that you carry a bottle of water with you at all times as well as some sweets to suck on.

Your baby will not be affected at all but you do need to make sure you drink and eat enough.

I've not had black outs but very bad headache and very dehydrated. Went to my gp and been told to rest and drink water at least 2l a day. I've also been very sick from headache, not morning sickness (been there done that) I think the tiredness and lack of water knocked me out. Spent all day yesterday in bed and all last night. You could prob do with some serious rest and drink more water. I feel for u having neighbours from hell you cud do without that.

I've had a tendency to pass out with this one. For me its been blood sugar, sickness, tiredness and blood pressure related.

My midwife said its actually very normal but if it continues I'd be making an appointment with your gp.
