This is my first pregnancy. I am about 10 weeks and for the last two days I get hungry like every hour or two. I had been eating more frequently before that, but I have to eat slow and I have to eat small amounts or I feel sick. Somehow over the past two days the amount I can eat has increased and I find myself getting hungry less than an hour after I eat. I try to eat healthy, like fruits and vegetables with plenty of protein, but sometimes I can only handle bland carbs. For instance I just devoured an entire bowl of fruit (a large one, at least three servings) and my stomach is already growling less than an hour later. Anyone have experience with this....does the fetus just go through growth spurts, making you eat more??
