Yes! I'm at exactly your point and I've had enough. I asked my midwife about what I can do to help get the baby out and she suggested sex and positive thoughts Hmm.

It's feels like putting a 3 course dinner in front of someone who's about to be sick. Positive thoughts of 'come on baby' are likely to tip me over the edge.

I'm considering evening primrose oil but there is mixed advice on whether to take it or not. Trying to stay as calm and relaxed as possible and baby can come anytime it wants now, we are as ready as we'll ever be.

I'm looking forward to being able to move again! Good luck op I hope your not waiting too long.

I feel your pain too. I am 37+6. I have all the same stuff going on. Plus I have to get dh to help me get up to go to the loo at night. I walk up the stairs and I am out of breath and my heart beats like I've just done a body attack (if only).

Then this morning I am slightly traumatized by a dream where I gave birth on the sofa with no one to help.

On a positive note first ds has just done two big wees on the potty this morning with no accidents. I feel very proud!

Well done with potty training! My 2 1/12 year old tells me when she goes in her nappy but pee's on the floor without! We had 20 accidents in 2hours! How she can pre that much is beyond me! Not nice 4 u girls 2 b uncomfy but at least I'm not the only 1! If anyone else says oh ur bumps low he's coming soon I may go into a fit of rage!! Lol as for sex I'm trying but we end up laughing at how impossible it has become! Hopefully these baby's will get the hint n come soon!! X

I feel the same, I'm just over 36 weeks with number 3 but thankfully know ill be having an elcs at 39 weeks. Baby is measuring huge and isn't even slightly engaged (head circumference s off the scale so maybe not a bad thing!). Everything hurts, I'm constantly in the loo during the night and am just getting over bronchitis and a uti. We also have builders in doing an extension that is running behind schedule, leaving us with no boiler, kitchen or spare room until July.

Apologies for the moan but glad it's not just me who's fed up!

Try some of the exercises on spinningbabies.com to encourage him to turn around and things may get going :)

Can I join and have a moan too.

37+5 with baby no3. 1st 2 dc's were both prem so i've never got this far before and would be quite happy not to get any much further especially as baby is measuring big!

Up every hour for a wee and not slept since 3.30am last night.
Think I might be having curry for every meal from now on. Vindaloo anyone?

bowlingforsoup · 30/05/2013 16:30

Im joining in for a moan.

I'm 36+2 and so fed up. This is my second pregnancy and i just want this baby out now. I'm huge, uncomfortable, have awful heartburn, Braxton hicks all night, sore boobs, sore back, swollen feet - the whole lot.

Baby is measuring bigger than average and im off to see the midwife tomorrow to be measured again. Part of me hopes they will offer me a section and then i would at least know what's what.

I feel like I've been pregnant forever

Me too! 36.3 and everything bloody hurts. Much bigger than with dd and not only did she wait until 41.4 meaning in probably in if for the long haul again this time, I also now have a personalised fetal growth chart that puts me on a curve way over the 90th centile with a baby weighing 10lb 2 if he arrives on his due date.

Gah! Nice to know I'm not the only one totally hacked off though Smile
