I am only 7 weeks pregnant, with dc3, still breastfeeding baby 2, so I feel like I need to snack, not the right things.. I eat things like toast, crisps, cups of decaf tea, or herbal tea, dried apricots, chocolate
... Just feel like I always need quick bursts of energy, and when I eat dinner I always bloat. I'm 5ft 8, size 8/10 and just BLOAT.
What foods / snacks do you find helpful? Especially those prone to bloating.
And I neeeeeeeed to be taking in SO much more water
