I'm 21 weeks and have only put on just under 2 kilos (around 4 pounds).
I eat completely normally, cereal and toast for breakfast,sandwich or soup for lunch and meat and veges for dinner.
I was hovering around 25 on BMI as I got pregnant again when my son was only 5 months, so hadn't lost my baby weight completely.
I am trying not to be a complete pig as I put in about 4 stone last time,but I feel as though I should have put in more. I have my 20 week scan tomorrow so guess I will find out if the baby is growing ok then, but would just like some reassurance :(
