I did r have this with previous two Dds, this time I feel so bloated already. (Did before pregnancy) but now I just seem to crave not good snacks or when I eat I think my portions are wrong? I'm tall and slim.. I have diastasis recti so not having muscles makes me feel like whatever I eat I pop out! And looks ridiculous on my frame! Hmm

It's uncomfortable too, going to the loo is hard too,.. I think not enough water? I'm still breastfeeding dd2 so energy levels just dip so I eat snacks etc..

Sorry if a pointless post!

I want to do my exercises again, and maybe swimming should help?

What foods are best for pregnant/tend to bloat/ breastfeeding mum???!

Pointless post. Yep. You're pregnant. Get over it.

Drink more water. Get DP to rub your belly while you're lying down and have a good fart!

Pointless comment zavi, I think she knows she's pregnant!! Shock
I'm like you littlerayofsunshine, I find some days are better than others. I still fit in all my clothes (6 weeks too) but I find I bloat out after I've eaten lunch then have to undo my work trousers for a while. I tried a probiotic yogurt after advice on here and it does help, perhaps you should try that x

extracrunchy · 26/05/2013 10:54

Zavi why did you bother even commenting?!

extracrunchy · 26/05/2013 10:55

Sunshine I had the same issue and was told lots of water and try probiotic yoghurt. Soon you'll have a proper bump and it won't matter so much Grin

Just flown over my head zavi WinkI'm not offended, some people clearly have too much time on their hands!

On the lighter side.. That you guys for positive comments. I'm trying to drink more water, I'll try more of the probiotic too.

I also didn't realise un ripe bananas make you bloat...

I am 10 wks and bloated and have been since about 7wks. I am normally a 14, but with a bit of an hourglass figure and relativly flat tummy, so even period bloating makes my clothes feel uncomfortable, so with the belly I am carryig at the moment, barely any of my clothes fit me! I am looking forward to going public because then I won't be "hiding" my weight gain so much. But I have had to start buying maternity dresses so I at least have some clothes!

I am still pleased as punch to be in this "condition" and trying to pass off the sickness and bloating as good things. Plus, i think my bloating is going down a teeny bit. Not enough to fit into my clothes, but enough to feel less whale like, so early!

God yes me! 6 weeks and I'm eating like a horse!

I feel very bloated, wasn't like this with DD. Already feel I look about 4 months Grin
