If the MW was at all overly worried they'd have gotten you down the hospital asap for a full check up so take comfort in that :)

The might just be protein and leukocyte in your urine because your high BP has pushed them through your kidney, if that makes sense.

I agree with Foof, if your MW was concerned, she'd have packed you off for more testing.
