SMP AND TAX CREDITS

Hi,

Can someone tell me if I can claim statutory maternity pay and CHILD tax credits??
Im not entitled to working tax credits but just want to know if I can claim child tax credits at the same time as smp?

Yes and they don't count the first 100 quid. I'm receiving both.

Yes, depending on what your total income will be for the year, and only after your baby is born. It will also take into account your income last year, and partner's income.
