3rd sweep - more blood than before

I had my third sweep today (I'm 40+9) and she really went for it. It's 6 hours later and I am really bleeding a lot more than last time. I put a small panty liner in which I have covered, and when I go to the toilet I keep wiping away blood. It's not bright red like a period, more pink, but pretty much no mucus.

Is this normal for after a sweep or should I go in?

Should also say getting a few light back and pelvis twinges (but who doesn't at this late stage?)
