Is there some kind of chart showing percentiles as birth weights?

My baby is measuring 92nd at 34 weeks.. Just wondering what that means for birth!!

There are different charts for boys & girls. I guess you could look at 92nd centile and see what the actual weight would be at birth, but also keep in mind that birth weight on the charts differs depending on when the baby is born (e.g. 38w as opposed to 40 weeks or 42w as opposed to 40w). Also when I had my growth scan they said there is a margin of error of 200g on either side, which is rather a lot for a tiny baby!
