Any ideas on a small gift to give DH from me & the baby when it's born?

I know he gets a baby, but I want to give him a small gift. It's his first baby. I have 2 daughters 19 & 13, whom I'm buying a silver necklace each from their tiny sibling, myself & my husband.. But I'm totally stuck what to get Daddy! Any ideas would be great.

I think you could buy one of those foot and hand print making kits and have it framed for him, atleast that way you can both enjoy it and cherish it forever, as well as your baby of course! But you can show it to your little one when they're older.

I got DH Whiskey and hid it. I sent him a text to tell him where it was when he had gone home after visiting hours so he could wet the baby's head.

I am getting my DH a cup engraved with worlds beat daddy and the babies DOB on it (my sis is going to get it engraved on the day for me) as I know he will love it xx

It never occured to me or DH to buy each other new baby presents. I think having the baby is the best gift.

But, it was DH's birthday about a fortnight after DS was born, so I got DS's handprints on a card for his present to DH. DH loved that, and it's also a lovely memento from when DS was newborn.

I got dh an eletronic chess set with dd and gave him and later on dd lots of opportunity to play.
With ds it was a microscope last time. He loved it. Later him and ds used to spend hours using it...

I am thinking of maybe something musical???
