Possible mucus plug at 19 weeks?

Hi,
This is my first ever post on here having lurked for a while and I am hoping for some reassurance!
I am 19 weeks pregnant, this is my first pregnancy so worrying about a lot. This afternoon I had a little yellow snotty mucus with some brown/ pink blood in it. I have had no bleeding at all during pregnancy. THere was only about a thumbnail amount in total.
From what I have read it sounds like it could be a bit of the mucus plug, but DH and I also had sex this morning, although I've never had anything like this afterwards Confused. I rang the midwife and again 2 hours later (as she asked) but there had been nothing since. She said not to worry unless there was any more or pain.
I stopped worrying for about 5 mins then started to panic again!
Has anyone had similar?!
Thanks in advance!

Hi I have this only when me and husband have sex. So try not to worry x

it probably is mucus plug but i wouldn't worry as it can build its self back up Smile

Yes, after sex (sometimes up to 4 days afterwards). It bothers me too, I'm thinking of persuading dh to go back to condoms as I'm sure that sperm causes more to come out! It does regenerate though.
