Really sore throat...what can I take?

I'm just 8 weeks but between last night and today my throat has been killing me. Tried gargling with salt water but instantly vomited! I know paracetamol is ok, but is it ok this early? I've mc twice, always around this stage, and so am very reluctant to jeopardise anything.

Tyrozets. They are the only thing that'll sooth my throat!

No known problems caused during pregnancy.

Manuka Honey sipped slowly off a spoon is wonderful for sore throats. Don't put it in water or drink anything hot immediately before or after as heat destroys the antiviral/antibacterial element. Hope you feel better soon.
