kidney pain

Hi
I am now 13 + 5.
When I wake up desperate for the toilet I also have terrible pain in the kidney area in my back.
Apart from lingering MS and tiredness I feel ok otherwise so, is this just another joyous symptom of pregnancy or do I need to see a Dr?

Could be a UTI, I would see the GP and have your urine tested just to be sure.

I get this sometimes I had urine test and came back clear so don't know what it is I am 15 weeks but I don't get it everyday it only if I wake up needing the loo xx
