Been pondering this since I saw another thread where the OP mentioned she was 35 weeks and couldn't drive any more.

I'm 26 weeks with PFB and had thought I'd be driving till 39 weeks or so really. Kinda planning on it as we're getting a new car when I'll be roughly 34/35 weeks and was thinking I'd have a month to get used to driving it before baby is in it.

Is it bump gets too uncomfortable behind the steering wheel or is it safety in case of an accident?

I was driving the day I was in labour. Took my Dad to Homebase! I actually started driving over bumps really fast towards the end to help kick start labour.

Ha, Facebook - DC3 was 2 weeks late. I actively sought out speed bumps to fly over at speed.

Failed. Still ended up being induced Angry

I think that's during every pregnancy different. The belly might get in the way, but the hormones could also create some problems.

With my first pregnancy I noticed while I was in the car that I couldn't see everything very clearly.
Someone checked my eyes, but couldn't find any problem. Until a specialist took a look at it.

My hormones did something to my eyes. It was harder for me to see depth.
I got the advice not to drive anymore. After the pregnancy my eyes went back to normal. After some extra tests I was allowed to drive again.
