Is this my waters leaking?

Was in hospital last night with contractions and I was 1cm dialated, sent home.
Went to mums for dinner today went pee and stop up after and had a trickle, it kept coming so I put a panty liner on and it got a bit wet? It doesn't smell of urine or look like it.
Since iv been home iv put a pad on and I'm still leaking, tummy seems harder to. I'm 39 weeks and 1 day, is this it?

Hi this does sound like your waters are leaking if you are wearing a pad and its getting wet and maybe the start of labour with the hard tummy!! How exciting I would def ring the hospital! Good luck xx
