Can I use Canestan Cream combi when pregnant?

Just been to pharmacy as suffering with thrush. I had a terrible time with it in my first pregnancy but this is my first bout in this pregnancy (now 36 weeks). spoke to pharmacy and they gave me the internal and external cream. I'm just a bit worried as don't remember using an internal cream in my last pregnancy, can anyone guide me?
Really don't want to have to go to Dr this week as so busy with work!

I used the external cream but pharmacist would not give me anything internal so had to call GP. Dr prescribed pesssary over the phone and left script for me to collect at surgery - ah the blessed relief!

My GP told me the caneston internal cream is fine, just not to use the applicator, so I think you should be fine x
