Baked Camembert?

Hi, just a very quick question! I know Camembert is off the menu for us but I read cooking destroys any bacteria, so if I bake Camembert in the oven, that should be fine right? Have a major craving and really fancy it, and will def want it on my Spanish holiday in June!

Yep fine as long as it's properly cooked and bubbling all the way through.
