Baked Camembert?

Hi, just a very quick question! I know Camembert is off the menu for us but I read cooking destroys any bacteria, so if I bake Camembert in the oven, that should be fine right? Have a major craving and really fancy it, and will def want it on my Spanish holiday in June!

Yep fine as long as it's properly cooked and bubbling all the way through.

listeriosis is VERY VERY rare, and baked camembert is LOVERLLY :-)
as a microbiologist Id say cook it through well and enjoy.

baby gets what baby wants, I know what I want for tea now !
