Does anyone know if this is still available? Or has it been scrapped.

I know. I think they still do some sort of grant but you have to be claiming some sort of benefits I think. Not sure if that helps you

No that doesn't help me, never mind.

They stopped it about 2 years ago I think.

My MW gave me a leaflet about some kind of grant at my booking in appt. She seems to think we must be impoverished because DH doesn't work (SAHD). Actually I'm a well qualified professional and while I'm probably underpaid (who doesn't think that) I earn more than double the threshold earnings and we're not on any of the relevant benefits.
Consequently I didn't read the leaflet very closely, but it should be available in your GP's waiting room I guess, or from your MW.
