Silly question...baths??

Can you get a bath in ur first trimester. Some people have said its not a good idea and others have said its fine.
I am 10 weeks and 4 days and my back is really aching which normally eases with a nice bath but don't want to get one if it can cause issues with my baby x

I was worried about this so asked midwife, she told me as long as I don't turn lobster in it and it's comfortable heat to get straight into should be fine. From what she said I think the risk of getting hot is more to do with getting faint/dizzy and possiblt falling over.
