Ok so I had my sweep yesterday and she said my cervix is one fingertip open, short and soft.
If my contractions start what do the hospital do? Like whats there normal procedure?
I'm having tightening constantly. No pattern or rhythm.
Will they break my waters or?

When the contractions start, ring the phone number on your notes to tell them. They'll advise you on when to come in. Your waters may break naturally (before or after your contractions start).
They don't often need to break people's waters but they do it if necessary. Good luck! :)
