ache/pain .. what is it?

Im 21 weeks pregnant and this morning i woke up with a strange pain on my right hand side. When Im standing or walking it hurts sort of in my hip my back and side of my bum, all on try right side.
It goes away when i sit down.. And I've had it all day now. Its a pain where it makes me wince when i stand hen is like a painful ache as i walk.

Has anyone had anything similar? Thanks!

It might be a trapped nerve. I have had one for the last 2 weeks right in my bum cheek, same as you it's fine when sitting but causes a bit of a limp when walking. Mine makes me feel a bit like a have an ache, a shooting pain and sometimes a dead leg on that side. You can get physio on the NHS which should help. Could also be SPD but if its only on one side I'd guess trapped nerve. Sorry, it's awful isn't it!
