Hiya i have this slight niggly pain in my left side near ovaries and am in early stages of pregnancy and have a scan tomorro my bleeding has turned to a dark brown discharge does anyone know if this is good or bad ?

I think dark brown is ok as it's old blood. They'll be able to see in your scan but if you wanted to go earlier your hospital should have an Early Pregnancy Unit where you go and just wait to be seen. Good luck, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about!
