Oh my goodness the dreams!!

I know it's completely normal, but since the bfp I have been having the craziest dreams.. From extremely raunchy sex dreams to the worst horror film sort of dreams and they are so real!!

Last nights one was awful :'( I dreamt that I had a doctors appointment and they said I wasnt putting on weight properly and immediately said that there was something wrong with the baby and I would have to have an abortion. I point blank refused saying I wanted to give my baby a chance. They did lots of tests on me then showed me a picture of baby's face and she (baby was female in the dream) looked just like me. Me and DH just cried and cried, knowing our baby had no real chance of living :'(

It then turned into a horror story one where a virus was turning everyone into flesh eating killers and I couldn't protect my unborn baby. Needless to say I woke up in a right tizzy!!

Anyone else having crazy dreams like me? what are ur most bizarre or memorable? It's such a strange part of pregnancy!!

Yes! Really really strange dreams! Almost every night I dream about DH
cheating on me and he's crying whilst telling me he loves another woman and if only he could see her again. I scream and punch him but he doesn't care.
I also have bloody dreams where a part of my body is bleeding in every dream. The last one I had was about my toenail being pulled off in bed and we wake up, DH pulls back covers and we're in a pool of blood. Before that I dreamt I was bleeding and was being taken to hospital because I was having another miscarriage.

Oh and I had another dream about 2 nights ago where DH comes home from work late and he tells me there's a ghost in the front garden who scowled at him and now he's sitting on the roof of the conservatory. Our bedroom window looks onto the roof, so I peer outside and there's a pale coloured ghost with a top hat sitting there and he flies right up to the window and scowls and I scream.

I could write short stories with all these weird scary dreams!

I had one that one direction stole all the snow from Africa and I had to get it back. I politely told them that I was a farmer and could shoot them if I caught them doing it again (nb I am not a farmer!) weird!

Yes! I dreamt I had the baby and put him in the car but didn't attach car seat properly, was driving along baby rolling along back seat and I didn't even notice!

Oh dear! I have a recurring dream that my baby is born but has the mind of an adult. So I have to breastfeed what is essentially an old man.

I have had lots of weird dreams but especially ones where DH is cheating on me!! I was told this is normal because of hormones making us feel insecure. They are so real tho. The other morning I refused to speak to him for an hour as I was convinced it was true lol x

I'm glad I'm not alone! Iv also had ones about DH leaving me or not wanting anything to do with the baby, which couldn't be further from the truth. So weird!

i had one dream where i had twins when i thought i was having one. i was in a birthing pool (strange because they dont have them here) i had the first baby and they said the placenta would come next and then another baby came and i was just staring at it in the water. kind of scary.

then last night i dreamt i was shopping and came out the shopping centre and saw a brand new H&M store so i went inside but inside the main doors there were just stairs and lifts, one pointing to HMV and none telling me which way to H&M. so i went down some stairs and into some state of the art futuristic dressing room which i continues through. the shop was like a maze and very minimalist and i couldnt find the maternity clothes anywhere. though i did find an amazing wooden rocking crocodile with shape sorter in the bottom. very strange!!

Yes, I've been having such crazy, vivid dreams! I'm 36 weeks now, and they've been going on a week now. Including very steamy ones!!! Lol!

I am having the worst dreams, ones that are very scary, I woke up two nights ago hysterically crying as I dreamt my sister died :-( it was so real!

Last night I dreamt DP cheated on me with a beautiful woman and did not regret it. I woke up annoyed at him! :( I feel bad now but they are so real! Don't know how much more I can take of this tbh :/ x

At the start I dreamt that dps ex was trying to seduce him and I attacked her!!!
Last week had sex dream with dp where I woke up and asked him if he'd drugged me and had sex all night with me.
Last night I had sex dream with a footballer ronaldo someone? ?
To be fair dp has been a bit reluctant due to my spd but has promised we can try tonight lol.

Hell yeah!

I had some fantastically raunchy dreams in the first few months. Sigh...I miss them...

Had a bizarre dream last night. DP was telling me this morning that I was laughing out loud for ages. He kept asking me what I was laughing at, but I was fast asleep and didn't answer. Remembered this morning that someone had fallen head-first into a water-logged ditch and I had been hysterically laughing at them in my dream. Must have been that. I quite like the idea that you can laugh out loud in your sleep.

I had a dream where I was arguing with my mum. I woke myself up shouting "no" and putting my hand out. I have been known to talk in my sleep but I've never woken myself up before. My DH has been having vivid dreams as well and has woken me a few times through talking in his sleep so I guess it's not just pregnancy hormones.
YummyMummy17 my DH woke up in a funny mood because he'd dreamed I was cheating on him. It's funny how realistic dreams can be.

The cheating ones are the worst! Pre pregnancy I had an awful one where DH cheated and didn't care that he had hurt me. In the dream I was screaming at him at the top of my lungs and punched him.. Only problem was I actually punched him straight in the face next to me in the bed!! Woops!

I had a dream the other night that my OH had told me to get the microwave out of the shed at the bottom of the street so he could give me a present when he got home from work. In the dream I didn't get the microwave, I just walked to the shed and back again. I woke up in such a bad mood because I didn't get the microwave, which ofcourse my OH found hilarious. It's weird how real they are.

I'm with you, vivid dreams are great when they're steamy by terrible when they're nightmares. My worst one was being trapped in a huge house at a party and desperately trying to escape as some people were after me but the house was enormous and like a maze. Then I saw prince William and prince Harry (!) but these people were still after me ... I was so terrified, I woke up drenched in sweat

I've no interest in sex at the min (poor DP!) but keep having sexy dreams about random men. In my dreams I always think 'oh no, I Can't, I'm pregnant' then 'oh well, I just won't tell him!'

Worst one was giving birth to a baby and starting to breast feed it, then looking down and it looked evil. Next thing it was on the floor, about 2 years old, running round and terrorising the nurses!!

Oh god...I dreamt I had very dirty sex with....Denis leary! He's old and blonde. I blame dh for watching a programme with him in it before bed!

I used to have really weird dreams when pg.

I had a dream that I put my baby in a basket and put it on to a roller coaster and left it. I stood an watched as my baby did the loop the loop!

I had another one where I put my baby in her cot and when I went back to check on her she was about 6 years old and had train track braces on her teeth. That one freaked me out!
