Bedrest? Anybody else on it?

I've done two days with another 11ish weeks ahead. Admittedly it should be less strict towards the end of that period, but I'm already fed up. Friends sending messages saying they're hoping I'm enjoying the sunshine - because they're outside - and well, just not thinking properly.

Anyway, are there more of us out there, or are you all out enjoying the sun? ;-)

I'm not on strict bed rest but I've been in hospital for nine days now (since 27 weeks exactly) and I can't go home unless I stop having tightenings. I've had a positive FFN test, plus a previous pre-term baby. I think I make them nervous!

Me kinda!! Was admitted to hospital last sat night with "contractions" & bleeding. Stayed in 4 days & I've been warned not to move out of the house. Am almost 34 weeks & hoping I can hang on as long as possible! Just wondering if I'll go early???? what's the chances?? At least am prepared incase it happens.

Chin up girls, it will be worth it all in the end to cuddle our wee babies :)

Semi bed rest after cerclage on Tuesday, all of next week too, then back to grindstone at work.

Aah! Well, sorry you're having this too, but glad I'm not alone!

What are you doing to pass the time? I've been organizing some computer things and decided to give my nails a good seeing to as they've been neglected for about 18 months - since the birth of DS. Thinking of learning a language. Not sure if I'm disciplined enough though!

Amazingly my days are flying in! I've got caught up on household paperwork, am learning hypnobirthing techniques, reading books I've wanted to and havnt had the chance, the odd bit of dusting so I don't feel to guilty about my husband doing everything and generally chilling & spending lots of mummy time with my dd.

Don't know how I worked full time shifts before :)

I'm so fed up ten days in... I know that I should do something but I can't concentrate. And weirdly I can hear a baby crying a lot but I'm on an antenatal ward. Maybe I'm going mad and hearing things? I think it's all just caught up with me. I was hallucinating daffodils the other day after a dose of codeine
