Does anyone know how much an Amnio/CVS costs at Institute of fetal medicine?

Pickle, I don't know if the Inst of Fetal Medicine is the same as the Fetal Medical Centre - if it is, \link{http://www.fetalmedicine.com/fmc-fees.htm\here are the prices}. Also, if it is the same place, there is lots of positive feedback on it if you do a search in the archives.
