Nosebleed 38w+3.... Labour??

This is the 2nd ever nosebleed in my life, and my first was because I hit my nose as a kid.

I dont know if its just wishful thinking but anything out of the ordinary gets my hopes up and thought there might be something in it....change in hormones etc.

could labour be close??

I only have nose bleeds during pg, I think its something to do with the extra blood in your system. Its nothing to worry about unless it doesn't stop bleeding then you need to see a GP.

i've never heard about labor starting in a nose bleed, but hey, i've heard labor starts in a lot of weird ways.
i get nosebleeds sometimes from the weather, if its too dry, maybe your nose is a bit more sensitive because of the pregnancy?
