Just back from my 31 week midwife appointment in a state of panic!! At the 28 week appointment baby was measuring 28cms, so was spot on. Today baby is measuring 35cms at 31 weeks so has had a massive growth spurt in the last 3 weeks.
I'm really panicking now that not only am I going to have a massive baby but that there might be something wrong to make it grow so quickly!!!! The midwife wasn't concerned at all (strong heartbeat & lots movements etc) but I've now got myself worked up into a state.
Does anyone have any experience of this? Just wondering if I should go for a private scan to put my mind at rest
