I e/mailed him weeks ago with some questions - he replied two weeks later, said he'd been away - fair enough. But then e/mailed him back with just one question which is most in my mind and troubling me - and he hasn't replied more than one week later. 
He can put all his talk of "If there's anything I can do please let me know" where the sun don't shine...
