Pregnancy

11 weeks, passing clots, will A&E do anything?

I posted this last night: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/pregnancy/1725945-11-weeks-cramping-after-sex-stress-wine

I am bleeding again and have passed 2 clots, one the size of a 1p piece, one maybe half that size.

It's Sunday and there are no maternity services open. If I went to A&E would they scan me? I went to A&E with bleeding on a weekend in my last pregnancy and they eventually did scan me but this was in another city so I'm not sure whether that was unusual.

I can't wait to know - I have to travel for a funeral next week and just want to know whether the baby is ok or not.

Feel absolutely shite. :(

Feck me, Susan. No "access to midwifery" course is going to provide you with the empathy and understanding required to become a midwife. Unbloodybelievably inappropriate.

meerkat, I'm sorry for your loss.

susan thats totally inappropriate!! wtf is wrong with you! ive done the access course myself but even i know not to go and post that! lack of sensitivity empathy and insight is what will stop you from becoming a midwife!! 'ive had a mc' 'here can you fill in a survey for me so i can pass my assignment?' have abit of respect, her baby has died!

meerkat im so sorry, a double tragedy... Sad its awful that you're going through such a thing. i hope you get your answers and make a speedy recovery, were all here to talk to xxThanks

I wouldn't have known what to expect if it hadn't been for people on here and previous threads sharing their experiences. I was prepared thanks to MN. Thanks
