Help, I'm a 35 y/o woman-child and I've no idea what to do now. Do I need to go to the doctors? I feel like I've got period cramps (period was due today but didn't come, hence the test) does that mean something? Oh god, please help me calm down.

Congratulations! Give your GP surgery a call and say you need to make a booking appointment with the midwife, that's what I did anyway! If you've only just missed a period then you're in no rush, think they normally see you at about 8 weeks.

Congrats!

Period cramps are probably implantation cramps so don't panic about them.

Go see your gp and get your midwife apt booked.

And just relax and enjoy :)
