and if so what are the consequences? I mean if its labour then god I'm drinking gallons. Its just that it does warn you not to have more than 3 a day? But why?

i can honestly say that it was all i drank from 35 weeks,as any other drink made me heave. i drank nearer 6-7 cups a day and i was fine. ( though i dont remember my brand saying only 3 a day as i might have been more careful)

(also it didnt make my labour any easier as my dd got stuck but i am planning on stocking up in this pg)

I drank lots; can't remember how much. If your past 37 wks should be ok.
I'm sure it helped with my 2 easy labours.
