Second baby am I Preg I've got a milk duct back?

My period isn't due till april 15 so I'm not sure I could even do a test but my boob just tingled and I squeezed ( soz) and a tiny bit of milk came out. Is this significant?!
I've also got a lot of lower tummy feeling...

You could be ovulating. I've had the same feeling mid-cycle and have even leaked a drop of milk.
