sharp pains after eating

I am 19 weeks pg and after eating the past few days I get terrible sharp pains which double me over or wake me at night. I have bad indigestion too plus feeling under the weather. Is this all due to a tummy bug of some kind? No vomiting or upset stomach or constipation though...I even avoided eating today and only had a small bit of plain rice earlier which has set it off again. Is this to do with pregnancy? Should I be concerned? Anyone had the same?

Have you tried liquid gaviscon? It could be trapped wind

Where are the pains? It isn't ligament stretching pains is it?

No it is up high near the top of my ribs..

Sounds like indigestion. I got it like that when I was pregnant. I know it's tmi but burping & farting were the only things that worked for meShock
