I'm 30 weeks and off to physio tomorrow. I am uncomfortable all the time but severity of pain goes up and down throughout day, worsening at night.
It seems to be mainly concentrated on my pelvis at the front, and gravitates out with pain in my inner thighs and hips. Now I keep getting extruiating pain down my left thigh, like chronic cramp. My lower back has also started to hurt. I can get about but slowly. Oddly opening my legs/ knees doesn't seem to hurt as much as having my knees at different levels, i.e. stairs, having one knee bent up and other leg straight etc. Lifting my toddler is agony!
Can anyone else share their experiences, what did you feel, what did the physio do and should I expect this to get worse?

Mine started about 20 weeks and was the worst at about 28 weeks at which point I stopped doing most things that aggravate it, like walking, hoovering, carrying my toddler.

Am 33 weeks and it is manageable with tubigrip as long as I don't walk very far.

I was about 30 weeks when I saw the physio. I got the belt thing (I find it a help if I know I have to walk more than a few metres!) and tips on posture, how to sleep and stand and move about to help keep the pelvis stable. They actually helped a lot as without thinking about it the way I did a lot of things wasn't helping the pgp.
I've also stopped hoovering, carrying heavy loads etc.
I still get pain, but it's not making me cry anymore so I can cope with it.
