I collected my repeat clexane prescription today and the syringes are pre filled but just normal syringes, not the spring loaded ones. The pharmacist didn't really know, but thought these were the newer syringes. I'll obviously speak to the haematologist/nurse before using them, but I feel like they have given me the wrong thing.
