Hi All :)

Ive only just joined so thought first of all I would say hello to every1.

Also, im expecting my third child on the 6th June this year and wondered if there are any other mums expecting on this date and if they are at all concerned by the date at all. I must admit I was a little concerned when I had my first scan and was told the date, but after seeing the advert for the new film at the cinema "the Omen" im even more paranoid. :(

It's highly unlikely your baby will come on it's due date. What a strange thing to worry about!! There should be a postantal thread for June Mums somewhere

I was offered 6/6/6 for an elective c-section date yesterday - I decided against it and went for 2/6/6 instead:-)

welcome piglet! my due date is also 06/06/06, expecting a boy. we've had every possible joke about it. it doesn't concern me. DP is actually hoping he'll come on that date.

Just think of all the local paper and crap magazine mileage you'll get out of it if they are born on their due date

Hiya, just to let u know, i got in touch with the sun today to see if they are following any stories regarding this and it looks as if they may start one, so if anyone is interested i could give you the ladys email addy, she sounded quite interested in speaking to other mums in the same situation!!

I'd try not to worry about it - I think I read somewhere that only 5% of babies actually arrive on their due date. I'm happy to be corrected though.

I know how you feel though - my DS2 was due on Friday 13th May last year but hung in there for a few more days and arrived on the 17th!

That's a cool date to be born on!

Just to calm your fears regarding the 666 thing, it's widely thought amongst theologians that the 666 quoted in the Book of Revelation does not in fact refer to a date, more letters; www to be precise, as in the internet!
