inability to wee on demand !

mw appt in 40 mins can I wee ? Woke early went then and now nothing. drinking loads in hope it works it way through in time. This is the second time it has happened !

Jump around a bit, wash your hands in cold water, listen to running water from the tap. You are bound to be desperate for the loo by the time you get there if you aren't before you go, could you just do it in the loo there?
