Get checked by a gp but I came out bright red on my face and it was eczema, would never have said it was as it looked nothing like my other patches of eczema.

Almost certainly not as most adults are immune but check with your go and AK fire a blood test to look for acute infectionand evidence of previous immunity.

Didnu go hot aswel? My face feels really warm but when I check to see if I have a temperature it says it's normal

How many weeks pregnant are you? If you're past 20 weeks, the risks are minimal but there are risks if you're in the first 20 weeks. Don't assume immunity - a friend of mine (she may well be along on this thread in a while) discovered that she was not immune to either Parvovirus (slapped cheek) or Chicken Pox whilst pregnant. Both had a happy ending, but better to be on the safe side and get checked out.

Oh no I'm not preg? I'm new to this site so maybe posted in wrong bit. I feel fine in myself so I'm suggesting it's either wind burn or slapped cheek. My temp is normal when I check it I just feel hot on my face and a slight head ache
