Woken up this morning feeling really shitty this morning. My nose is streaming and my throat is really sore. I've tried ice cream to soothe it and honey and lemon in hot water. Ended up sending oh out for strepsils and now I'm panicking that I shouldn't have taken them. Can anyone shed any light on what's safe to take over the counter wise other than paracetamol? I'm 32 weeks and really don't want to do any harm to baby!

I'm sure it says on strepsils not to take when pregnant, although I have absolutely no idea why? :/

Sympathy for you, I'm suffering the same. Just try and keep hydrated as much as you can and keep warm :)
