Hi, I posted earlier about stomach twinges and not feeling them anymore, but I've also noticed today my boobs aren't as 'full' and heavy as they've been the last few days (I'm 4 weeks 2 days). Can that come and go too? I really am going crazy with worry! Just want this so much after ttc for ages. I know there's nothing I can do to change things and DH is telling me not too google and to keep my mind busy with other things but I can't seem to stop worrying. Just saw on a website that if your boobs stop being tender before 6 weeks, it's not a good sign. Any advice/experience would help, thanks

Do not google. Google is evil. Yes symptoms can come and go just to confuse you but just relax. As long as you're not in pain or bleeding you should be fine. Mine starred, stopped, came back with a vengeance then disappeared till I got kicks. 23 weeks now x

Don't worry! Mine came and went too, including boob pain. Just enjoy when you have a good day and grit your teeth ready for the next bad day. Also don't dont believe people who say the worse your symptoms are the stronger your pregnancy is. It's not true, and it affects everyone differently. Your hospital should have an early pregnancy unit where you can get an early scan if it will put your mind at rest, but I really would not worry about your symptoms coming and going.. And congratulations!

I was the same when I was pregnant last. My symptoms came and went. When they went I would break down and cry, we were a complete mess but all was good for me. This time I've been far mote relaxed about the whole thing and the symptoms do come and go. Try to enjoy it xx

Thanks so much, these replies are making me feel a lot better. I am also feeling very tired so at least I've still got that symptom (although I didn't sleep that well last night!) It's good to know it's not a sign that something is wrong if symptoms ease off. I am going to TRY and stay away from evil google! (Literally as I wrote that, I remembered I had thick white cm earlier and should google whether that's normal or a bad sign....argh!!!)

Definitely comes and goes a lot at the beginning! Up until 18-20 weeks my belly could go up and down by inches, boobs would swell and shrink, sickness would come and go... It was so stressful! But the 12 week scan really helps to calm your fears, and the 20 week is even better, especially as that's around the time that most women I know start feeling and looking more 'permanently' pregnant (and that's the point when you start missing those unpregnant, unbloated days of the first trimester Wink)
