I have been bouncing on my ball since I got back from dropping DD off at 09.30 and I have had enough..

I am 35 weeks have had back pain since 8 weeks, am taking 8 co codamol a day and am still in pain.
I have seen the physio and done everything she told me too, and en she discharged me, I phoned an osteopath and was told that it would probably take 3 sessions which would be £150 (we don't have a spare £5, let alone £150)
I am not sleeping for more than 4 hours a night, DH works nights at the moment but starts a new job after Easter that will mean weekends at home, but 2 out of every 4 weeks away from home leaving me to cope with 4yo DS, 3yoDD and a newborn.
The only slightly silver lining is my lovely midwife who, because of some issues I have about going into hospital has basically given me the confidence to go straight into hospital when I think I am in labour and stay and the fact that this pg is low risk so I should be able to use the birthing unit & pool rather than being in the standard delivery suite which puts the fear of god into me.
There is also the chance that this baby could decide to arrive early as DD was born at 38.6.
I just want a hug and someone to take the back pain away. I have got an appointment to see the GP tomorrow (which was made a week ago) who hopefully will be able to give me something else for the pain.

Oh and I just burnt myself on my wheatbag

Just grrrrrr

Take it easy and try to get some sleep, even if it's only 10 mins!

Do you do any relaxation techniques? I don't know any, but might be worth googling?

I am only 7 weeks today but feel as if I have the flu/really bad hangover and wonder whether this will ever stop?!
