hello, I have been taking a 100mg vitamin b complex since before finding out I was pregnant, due to a short luteal phase. I had heard that it was a safe way of increasing it. I found out I was pregnant last month and am now around 9 1/2 weeks and have continued to take it. Does anyone know whether its safe during pregnancy?
Here is the link to the tablets I have which lists the amounts of each vitamin contained

I don't have my booking in appt until next Monday so haven't been able to ask anyone whether its ok to continue taking. I am also a little worried about completely stopping it straight away and don't know whether its better to cut down to 50mg a day and so on. I had a scan at 8w3d and everything was fine, but still worrying.

I was told to take vit b6 complex help my morning sickness in early pregnancy by my doctor in Germany - kind of worked, to a mild degree, but my sickness was rather extreme. So based on that I would think it is fine. I would just call your GP surgery and get a doctor to call you back to confirm - or a midwife.

p.s. congrats!
